Please take advantage of valet parking or self-parking at the hotel’s main entrance located at the south end of the property.


Please plan to arrive by 6 p.m. Check in and enter the Secret Garden. First stop is to have your photo taken on the ‘Step & Repeat lawn’ then enjoy networking time with your guests in the President’s Reception. The Citius Tech/AWS Greenhouse will be open for VIPs.


Dietary requirements were collected in advance of the event and cannot be
accommodated on event night.


Expect an enjoyable evening featuring reception and plated seated dinner followed by a brief live appeal sharing the good work of Presbyterian’s Community Health Food is Medicine. Then adjourn to the Main Street Anesthesia Moonlit Garden after party. There will be plenty of time for networking and connecting with Presbyterian executive and community members. Be sure to check out the unique activities like photo booths and
selfie station, entertainment, poets, lawn games, and the Bloom Bar where you can build your own bouquet or select from curated arrangements.


We will carefully review and edit all photos to make sure everyone looks their best and photos will be posted on the event website no later than August 31, 2026.
